There are three sender levels, in this priority order: (1) the agent's OWN SMTP (if the advisor set it up in «My account»), (2) the AGENCY SMTP (general account), and (3) the platform (noreply@proposal.travel), used when none is configured and always keeping SPF/DKIM/DMARC aligned. «Trip» emails (proposal, confirmation, portal, reviews, reminders) go out from the email of the agent handling it; the agency's general notifications (internal team alerts, overdue installments) go out from the agency account. In all cases the client's reply comes back to the sender (agent or agency).
