A group can have several per-person rates (Double room, Single, Child, free place…). Those categories come from the proposal's Pricing block (its rates) and the group inherits them. The Pricing block is the source: every time you save the proposal, the group's categories (and therefore its payment plan and deposit) sync automatically with what you put in the block. Each registrant picks their category, its price adds to the booking total, and the payment calendar is computed on that total.
- 1In the proposal's Pricing block, define the rates by type (Adult/Child or Double/Single) with their amount. If it's a group proposal you'll see a notice right there.
- 2On save, the group inherits those categories automatically. (If you defined the categories in the group first, click «Bring rates from the group» in the Pricing block to pull them into the block.)
- 3Choose the calendar mode: «One per booking» (the organizer pays, a single calendar on the total) or «One per participant» (each pays their category, with their own calendar).
- 4Set the group's payment plan (Settings → Payment plan): each installment can be due «At booking» (charged at checkout), «Days before» departure or on a «Fixed date».
- 5At registration, each traveler picks their category; the total updates live. In «Payments» you see the calendar; in per-participant mode, each installment shows whose it is.
Consejo: In a group proposal the client sees «Book» (not «Accept»): at checkout each traveler picks their rate, the group booking is created with its participants and enters the Payments calendar; the group deposit is charged (if you enable charging). Booking is not allowed once the registration deadline has passed. The advisor can also assign the category by hand from the panel.
